From 1940 to 1970:
During this period, the Group was committed to the development of the Center BCN (Extension), Reus, involving the construction of 1,000 homes. In addition, villages have been consolidated in Andorra as well as participation in construction contracts in Barcelona.

From 1970 to 1986:
Along the demand pra build homes, the Group is involved in projects along the Golden Coast as the "Singular." The quality of design and construction made on the bases of the descendants of the musician Pau Young gained recognition and the building was renamed "Auditorium Pau Casals".

Due to the crisis in the 80's, the Group's efforts were concentrated in the United States, where many buildings were completed in Florida.

From 1986 to 2008:
Returning to Spain, the Group has projects that included the construction of houses in the countryside, in places like Vallromanes, and Puigerda Barcelona, Gerona. Many apartments and one aparthotel were completed in the Balearic and Canary Islands. Contracts have been undertaken in Playa d'Aro, Barcelona and Can Jorba, Manresa, Barcelona.
